Paul Beaudry

I am a Professor at the Vancouver School of Economic interested in everything that relates to the macro-economy, both domestically and internationally. In particular I do research related to business cycles, inflation, financial markets, the macro-economic effects of technological change and globalization, and the determinants of aggregate employment and wages. I teach macroeconomics to both undergraduates and graduate students. I obtained my Ph.D. from Princeton University. I have held faculty positions at Oxford University, Boston University and the Universite de Montreal. I have also been a visiting Professor at MIT, Paris-Sorbonne and the Toulouse School of Economics. I am a native of Quebec City. I enjoy hiking, history and art museums.
