Dataset POVIN_2019_08_v4 released, including 1,633 variables for 234 indicators in 13 research areas. 

For the indicator "Homicide Rate," four populations were added (breakdowns by victim's sex/race). Eight subpopulations (breakdowns by age of victim) were eliminated.

For the indicator "Number of Prisoners," the populations "White Non-Hispanic," "Black Non-Hispanic, and "Hispanic (Any Race)" were added

For the indicator "Imprisonment Rate," the populations "Federal" and "State" were added.

For the indicator "Number of People Enrolled in Education Institutions," twelve populations were added (breakdowns by type of program, full-time/part-time status, and gender).

For the indicator "School Enrollment Rate," 54 populations were added (breakdowns by age, age/gender, and age/ethnicity).

For the indicator "Percent of Recent High School Completers Enrolled in College," the population "Asian Non-Hispanic" was added.

For the indicator "Percent of Births to Unmarried Women," three populations were added (breakdowns by mother's ethnicity).

For the indicator "Median Family Income," four populations were added (breakdowns by head of family's educational attainment).

For the indicators "Percent of Population Registered to Vote" and "Percent of Population Voting in National Elections," the populations "Male" and "Female" were added.

All indicators were updated with the most reent data available.

Dataset POVIN_2017_06_v0 released, including 1,552 variables for 234 indicators in 13 research areas.  

For the indicator "Index of Consumer Sentiment," the population "High school degree or less" was added. The populations "Less than high school" and "High school degree" were eliminated. 

For the indicators "College Wage Premium" and "High School Wage Premium", the population "All" was added.  

All indicators were updated with the most recent data available.
